Eligibility
You must be outside of Australia. You must hold a passport from one of the eligible countries: Japan, U.S., Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Korea.

AUS$20 is incurred as a service charge when applying online.
Travel agents or airlines may charge service fees.

The visa is valid for 4 years and can be renewed.

You must be able to make a designated investment in the state or territory in which you have been sponsored.
You need to have an annual income stream.
You and your partner must hold adequate health insurance in Australia.
You and your partner must be of good health and character.

Investor Retirement Visa (Subclass 405)
